All items listed on our Site are vintage or second-hand, meaning they may show signs of age or gentle wear. While we strive for accuracy in product listings, please note:

  • Minor imperfections, fading, or small repairs are typical of vintage clothing

  • Items are sold individually unless stated otherwise

  • Colors and sizing may vary slightly due to age, fabric, or lighting

  • Each product is one-of-a-kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis

Shipping & Delivery

​

  • We ship within the EU and internationally using trusted courier services

  • Free shipping is available on orders over 100 BGN (or the equivalent in EUR) within Bulgaria.

  • Shipping fees for orders below that threshold are calculated at checkout

  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or taxes

  • Once an order is dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services

Returns & Refunds

​

We want you to love what you order — but if something isn’t right, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with any original packaging or tags intact (if applicable).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

  • If you paid for shipping, we will refund the cost of the standard delivery option only (the least expensive shipping method available), in accordance with applicable EU law.

  • If a return causes your order total to fall below 100 BGN (or the EUR equivalent), the value of any originally applied free shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping fees are otherwise non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of your refund status. Refunds will include the full price of the returned goods, plus any eligible standard shipping costs.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. It may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Important Notes on Vintage Items

We strive to describe and photograph each piece accurately, including any notable flaws. Please be aware that you are purchasing vintage or pre-owned items, which may exhibit signs of age or prior use. Minor imperfections and variations in color or texture contribute to the unique character and history of these items.

Colors may appear differently in person compared to your device screen.

 

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us by email at howtobabushka@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund" to initiate the return process and receive further instructions.
