Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you order — but if something isn’t right, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with any original packaging or tags intact (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

If you paid for shipping, we will refund the cost of the standard delivery option only (the least expensive shipping method available), in accordance with applicable EU law.

If a return causes your order total to fall below 100 BGN (or the EUR equivalent), the value of any originally applied free shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping fees are otherwise non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of your refund status. Refunds will include the full price of the returned goods, plus any eligible standard shipping costs.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. It may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Please be aware that you are purchasing vintage or pre-owned items, which may exhibit signs of age or prior use. Minor imperfections and variations in color or texture contribute to the unique character and history of these items.
